Council of scientific and Industrial Research Human Resource Development Group (Extramural Research Division) or the CSIR offers Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) every year for candidates who qualify the National Eligibility Test (NET) which is conducted by CSIR twice a year. CSIR – JRF exam is conducted twice a year June and December.
Education Qualification: B.Sc – 4 years program /BE/B.Tech/B.Pharm/MBBS/Integrated BS-MS/M.Sc or equivalent degree with at least 55% for general and 50% for other categories.
Age Limit: Only candidates below 28 years are eligible for CSIR – JRF exam. This is relaxed up to 5 years for other categories.
