The IIT JEE application forms are out in the month November. The online registration for test can be made till the month of December. For IIT JEE 2013, the registration closed on December 15, 2012. The exam will be held in the month of April this year. The offline exam is scheduled for April 7, 2013, whereas the offline exam is scheduled to be held on April 8 and April 25, 2013.
