The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. The forms for CBSE Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) are out in the month of March. The application forms for Teacher Eligibility Test 2013 need to be filled online from March 15 to April 16, 2013. The admit cards will be available from July 3 and the teacher eligibility exam date is July 28, 2013. Punjab Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET)

The application forms for Punjab Teacher Eligibility Test (PS TET) were out in the month of December 2012, and could be submitted till December 31, 2012. The Teacher Eligibility Test in Punjab was conducted on January 20, 2013 and the teacher eligibility test exam results were declared on January 28, 2013. SCRA Syllabus 2013

SCRA Syllabus includes Three major topics

General Ability section includes: 
English- Questions on unseen passages, general vocabulary and grammar are asked. Candidates should also prepare parts of speech, usage of Idioms and notice writing.
General Knowledge- Questions on geography, history, environmental science, economics and Indian Social system are asked.
Psychological Test- This section covers topics such as psychology, reasoning, human memory, behaviour and development.

Physical Sciences section includes: 
Physics- Questions are based on length, velocity and acceleration ,time and mass, Newton's laws, X-rays, friction, mass and weight, temperature, reflection and refraction of light, electric current, magnetic effect, radioactivity and equilibrium.
Chemistry- This section covers topics on physical chemistry – atomic structure and elements as well as organic chemistry.

Mathematics section includes: 
Questions on algebra, trigonometry, integration, differentiation, differential equations, vectors, statistics and probability, matrices and determinants are asked. The questions asked are from the syllabus of Class XI and XII.

SCRA Selection Procedure

The candidates for scra exam are selected on the basis of their scores in written exam conducted on January 20, 2013. The selected candidates have to go through personal interview, personality test and document verification.

ISEET (Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test)
A common engineering entrance examination was first proposed by the Ministry of Human Resource Development in February 2010 as a common medium for common admission into professional institutions in the country. The test proposed to replace Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE) and the All India Engineering Entrance Examination, was Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test (ISEET). This exam plans to cover admissions to centrally-funded institutions, including the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) and other deemed universities. The exam has been introduced on 20 May 2012, and is held in many languages.
The exam is held in the month of March or April. The duration of Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test (ISEET), Main and Advance is of three hours each. Both the tests are held on the same day.

BITSAT 2013 Syllabus

The BITSAT 2013 test will be conducted on the basis of NCERT syllabus for 11th and 12th class. Candidates may refer to the NCERT textbooks for the contents. The subjects of the written examination, the time allowed and the maximum marks allotted to each subject will be as follows:
Mathematics: The exam duration is 2.5 hours, and the paper is of 300 marks
General Ability Test: The duration of the exam is 2.5 hours, and the paper is of 600 marks

IIT JEE Test Pattern 2013

The iit jee test pattern contains two question papers, each of three hours duration. Both the question papers consist of three separate sections on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
The questions will be of objective type, designed to test comprehension, reasoning and analytical ability of candidates.
The answers for each of the questions are to be marked on a separate, specially designed, machine-gradable sheet of paper (Optical Response Sheet). While answering each of the questions the candidate is expected to darken the bubble against correct answer using black ball point pen only.
Incorrect answers are negatively marked.

IIT-JEE Latest News about AIEEE and NIT's Entrance 2013

From 2013, IIT-JEE will be aligned with AIEEE, which is an engineering entrance examination for NITs. IIT-JEE is held in two phases, phase-1 is called as JEE Main and phase-2 as JEE Advanced.
